There are two shows a year in my Store-Room. If
you are interested in being notified when they are happening, or if you would like to join a class, send me an email or give me a call. My work can be seen all year around – call first so I’m sure to be here.

My whiteware may be decorated with colored slips, covered with a variety of glazes, or left a luminous milk-white. The brown clay can be treated similarly, or sometimes glazed on the inside only, exploiting the texture of the bare surface. I make my own glazes, experimenting with combinations and layering, so there are often unrepeatable surprises. I fire to 2232 degrees in an electric kiln. The ware is lead-free and durable in
the dishwasher, the oven, and the microwave. It is not intended for the surface of the stove.
Throwmarks, the spiral ridges left by my fingers as the wheel revolves, are used as part of the aesthetic. They suggest the way the pieces were made, adding vitality, like a spring rising from the bottom to the top.
My next showing will be at the Rose Algrant Show
August 6th and 7th
